Good Customer Service training was delivered here at TCCI & TBEC for the staff of Tonga Power Limited. This course was delivered to 3 groups. Each group had 11-13 staff participating. First group started on the 28th Aug, followed by the second group on the 29th and the last group today 30th. A great turn out. Very interesting course with great feedback from the TPL Staff. Each participants was awarded with a certificate of accomplishment on each day. TCCI & TBEC Staff and trainer Ilaisaane Tupou delivered the training.
